Education committee
The Business Development & Education Committee is responsible for the dissemination of crucial information regarding the Saccos policies, products, and evolving industry trends to its membership. Moreover, it spearheads the planning of essential member education forums aimed at equipping members about the operations of the Sacco. Additionally, it empowers the management committee members with the tools and expertise necessary to navigate financial decisions effectively, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the Sacco.

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee plays the crucial role of ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance of the Sacco. Comprised of elected members, their primary responsibility is to oversee the Sacco's financial operations, internal controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Through regular audits, inspections, and reporting, the supervisory committee safeguards the interests of Sacco members and promotes trust and integrity. The committee also ensures adherence to the Sacco's bylaws, regulations, and policies. The committee has the right to hold the Sacco's leadership accountable for their actions and decisions, ensuring transparency and integrity in the organization's governance.
It conducts quarterly monitoring and review of the Saccos financial records and documentation and presents them to the management. The committee also presents its reports in the Annual General Meeting as a measure of accountability and transparency.
